Ballpoint signature, “Ted Williams,” on an off-white 8.5 x 12 sheet also bearing the signatures of twenty-five other members of the 1969 Washington Senators, including Frank Howard, Joe Coleman, Mike Epstein, Tom Grieve, Bernie Allen, Ed Brinkman, Jackie Brown and Wayne Comer.
