Signers are: Curly Lambeau, John Blood, Cal Clemens, Lon Evans, Bernie Scherer, Arnold Herber, Buckets Goldenberg, Herman Schneidman, Tiny Engebretsen, Ade Schwammel, Swede Johnston, Tony Paulekas, Russ Letlow, Bob Monnett, George Svendsen and Clark Hinkle.
