Legal document, completely in Aaron Burr’s hand

Revolutionary War soldier, lawyer, Senator and third vice-president of the US. He mortally wounded Alexander Hamilton in a duel, July 11, 1804. DS completely handwritten in Burr’s hand concerning a legal matter, signed “A.B.”,” two pages, 7 x 7 and 7.75 x 9.75, January 16, 1822. In part: “Let someone call at the Post Office on Friday morn…Advise McPelleran to call on our Landlord…he means to do with his…and ask him Mr. McP to write to me…perform well of this as other domestic affairs.” Signed “A.B.” on the first page, and Burr has addressed the integral address leaf, as well. In overall very good condition, with scattered light staining and some foxing, area of paper loss to reverse of beneath address panel not affecting any text. COA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
