Description

DS, one page, 9.75 x 15, State of New York Executive Chamber letterhead with elaborate lettering and large vignette, March 29, 1899. Governor Roosevelt appoints Mr. Davison, a “delegate to represent the State of New York at the Farmers’ National Congress to be held at the City of Boston and State of Massachusetts, in 1899, and to serve as such delegate without pay.” Large dark signature. In very good condition, with trimmed edges, two vertical folds through two letters of the signature, surface loss to seal area at lower left. R&R COA.
