Handsome vellum land grant bestowing Robert Pleasante with a 43 acre tract called “Rye Land,” located at the junction of New York state and Pennsylvania. “Tho. Mifflin” is a large and bold signature to the left of the text, partially under the leafs of the seal. In very good condition with toning, expected folds, wrinkling and spotting and expected age wear. The document is entirely legible and the white state seal is still intact. Also signed by A. I.
