In part: “Your account as Agent for the Marine Hospital, for the 4th quarter of 1829, has been adjusted; a balance of 11 11/100 dollars stated to be due from the United States to you…” In fine condition, with expected folds, age and handling wear, vertical fold through a letter of the signature, small area of paper loss to second page.
