Original handwritten poem on two 5 x 3 off-white pages, poem reads, in part, “This thing called tennis is just a racket to me - I lose the first three points, There’s still another chance to score, I lose the next one - that’s all there is no more.” A third page bears a fountain pen signature and inscription, “For Arthur L. Howard, With best wishes to anyone who has a interesting hobby.
