Partially printed passport with a large eagle vignette at top center, for Richard L. Muniz. The left of the document describes Muniz’ age, height, forehead, eyes, nose, complexion, etc. In good condition, with complete separation at horizontal center fold, usual folds, scattered creasing and toning, light water staining to right side, vertical fold through beginning of signature.
