A fine legal document signed in the year in which Hamilton represented New York at the Annapolis Convention. In very good condition, with professional acid-free tape repairs to horizontal fold separations on reverse (with some older tape repairs to front edges), overall toning to document, a bit heavier at the edges and light ink brushing in areas.
