A royal pardon, signed “On behalf of Her Majesty,” by the Queen Mother and Margaret, bestowed upon Autin Garritt, who was “convicted of causing a motor vehicle to wait on a restricted street.” Garritt receives a full pardon and is reimbursed his five pound fine. Signed at the top in black ink by Margaret and the Queen Mother. In fine condition, with intact seal, bisecting horizontal fold and a few light creases. R&R COA.
