Curtiss,” one page, 8.5 x 11, Curtiss Aeroplane Co. letterhead, March 20, 1917. Curtiss sends his regrets and apologies for his time constraints. In part, “I failed to get a draftsman on the job you wanted done before I left Buffalo. I did not forget it entirely, but just did not have the time to carry out the plan.” In fine condition, with two horizontal mailing folds, light overall toning, a shade heavier at the edges and missing top left corner.
