In part, “We hereby wish to inform you that our representative, Mr. Azriel Broshi will visit you within the next few days, and we are requesting that you provide us with…the rocks that were taken by members of your town…We hope that you will fulfill our request and finally give us the possibility of finishing the rock laying for the Jewish community of Palestine.” In very good condition, with some scattered toning, show through from mounting remnants to reverse and some minor edge loss.
