WW I hero awarded both the Medal of Honor and French Croix de Guerre. Personal check, 6.5 x 2.75, filled out in another hand and signed by York, payable to E. E. Crowen for $1.00, December 9, 1929. Several vertical folds, cancellation holes to body and a few wrinkles, none affecting the nice clean signature, otherwise fine condition. R&R COA.
