The concluding page of a document in which Roosevelt ratifies and confirms an unnamed Senate resolution of February 19, 1908. Countersigned by Secretary of State (and fellow winner of the Nobel Peace Prize) Elihu Root. Both signatures are exceptionally large, bold, and clear, and together with the large paper-and-ribbon seal, the whole makes for a most impressive display.
