Vintage glossy 9.25 x 6.5 photo of Lindbergh peering out the top of a PAA American Clipper sea plane as it pulls in towards the dock, signed in fountain pen, “C. A. Lindbergh.” Accompanied by a handwritten letter of provenance from John, perhaps one of the onlooking sailors, written to Charming, stating, “Lindbergh signed the photo & gave it to me himself.” In fine condition, with lightly trimmed edges and a few scattered surface marks.
