Plimpton was hindered from taking his trip to Europe…intends to sail for Europe on May 30 and likely to be absent until June 30th, the authority granted to Miss Bessie V. Bannon on March 23, 1914 to countersign checks, Bronx Branch, will have to be renewed to cover the period of Plimpton’s absence…” Signed at the lower left by the four present, with Edison boldly signing “OK TAE” in the lower left. Accompanied by two unsigned, related documents. In very good condition, with usual punch holes to left edge, scattered creasing, toning, staining to upper right corner, small square cut from lower left and touching the paraph of “E.” R&R COA.
