Signed agreements regarding Funny Face, The Unforgiven and a Hitchcock film she didn’t appear in

Lot of two signed agreements between Hepburn and Paramount includes: a two page agreement dated January 21, 1957 regarding Funny Face and the termination of an earlier agreement, signed by Hepburn on the second page; a four-page agreement, November 24, 1958 between Paramount and Hepburn regarding the cancellation and termination of her agreement with Warner Brothers and the first of nine films she is to make for Paramount, The Unforgiven. The agreement goes on: “It is agreed that the Hitchcock photoplay shall be deemed to be the second of the nine photoplays provided for in the employment agreement.” Hepburn has signed in blue ink on the last page. In overall very good to fine condition, with torn file holes and rusted staple marks to top, a rusted paper clip impression, office pencil notations and some underlined sentences. Hepburn never appeared in a Hitchcock film. She was to star in a Hitchcock film entitled No Bail for the Judge, based on Henry Cecil's book about a lawyer who must defend her magistrate father against charges of strangling a streetwalker, when she announced her pregnancy.
