Taney,” one page both sides, 7.75 x 12.25, concerning an 1804 case in Frederick County in which the sum of fifteen pounds and one penny is to be paid to Abraham Jones and Abraham Erapster, assignees of Wilfred Melton, by Fredrick Beckersheets. Signed a second time on the reverse beneath “Mr. Ritchie file this.” In fine condition, with toning to the three folds, small chip to right border not affecting legibility or signature, small separations at two folds.
