Promissory note from Morris “to pay John Nicholson on Order, Three thousand dollars for value received.” Boldly signed at the conclusion in brown ink by Morris. In fine condition, with a couple of folds, light show through from docketing on reverse, and some small stray ink spots. R&R COA.
