Meeting of a British branch of Edison’s operations concerning the election of officers, with Thomas Edison being re–elected as Director, and approval of the balance sheet. Signed on the reverse by Charles Edison and a rare full “Thomas Alva Edison” signature underneath. Edison probably used his full signature here to be extremely formal in this document related to British operations.
