In part, “I was not asked to play the Joker in the new Batman picture and Jack Nicholson did not ask me for any advise. I played the Joker as a fun character for laughs, but Nicholson played him as a hardened murdering criminal. The two cannot be compared.” Also included is a color glossy 8 x 10 photo of Romero as the Joker, signed and inscribed in black ink and a color glossy 8 x 10 photo of Nicholson as the Joker, signed in blue felt tip.
