Character actor best known as Uncle Henry in The Wizard of Oz. Extremely elusive vintage fountain pen signature, “Charley Grapewin” (beneath “Sincerely yours“ and a few other words, possibly in another hand) on an off-white 4.25 x 1.75 slip. In fine condition, with skinning to blank portion at left, trimming to edges, mild, even toning, light brushing to inscription, and a few pinprick-sized brushes to signature. R&R COA.
