Photo also bears a facsimile signature of Mantle, with reverse asking the question “Glad you’re an American,” with Mantle’s reply and comparisons between Americans and Communists below. Photo was issued in 1958 by The National Sports Council. In fine condition, with some scattered surface impressions and dings and a couple small corner creases and some light surface loss and tape remnants on reverse.
