Exclusive artists contract between Holt and RKO Pictures for a period of one year, with a salary of $350 per week, with the option of several extensions and pay raises, should it be agreeable to both parties in the future. RKO will also pay all traveling and lodging expenses for Holt, should any shooting be done outside of Los Angeles. Interesting to note that the contract will be suspended during any illness or incapacity, including “facial, dental or physical experience or the voice of the artist is materially changed.” Signed on the last page of the agreement by Holt. Also included is an unsigned four page “Exhibit A” regarding the agreement. In fine condition, with expected document wear, light toning and agreement in its original legal folder. R&R COA.
