DS, 24 pages, 8.5 x 11, November 16, 1944. Three film agreement between Hal Wallis Productions and Stanwyck, commencing on March 1, 1945, for one film a year at a salary of $100,000 per film. Stanwyck is to make herself available during those times for rehearsals, still photos, discussion and other meetings associated with the production. Wallis agrees to provide wardrobe and first class transportation and accommodations for any shooting more than twenty-five miles outside of Los Angeles. Nicely signed on the final page in fountain pen by Stanwyck. Stanwyck actually made four films produced by Wallis in that rough time period: The Strange Love of Martha Ivers, The Furies, The File On Thelma Jordon and Sorry Wrong Number, for which she received an Academy Award nomination in 1949.
