Included: agreement referencing a prior contract, dated August 10, 1931, boldly signed by Helen Hayes; agreement dated November 7, 1933 referring to Ronald Colman’s appearance in two films in 1934, signed by Samuel Goldwyn, Jr. and producer Joseph M.Schenck; the second page of an agreement dated March 1935, signed by Mary Pickford Fairbanks, Douglas Fairbanks and their attorneys-in-fact; Merle Oberon grants her permission on July 27, 1935 for Lux Soap to use her likeness in their advertisements in connections with her film The Dark Angel; a document regarding monies owed Merle Oberon, and signed by her on January 30, 1939; an agreement between Walter Huston and Crescent Productions regarding his work in The North Star, for a fee of $40,000; Teresa Wright grants Lux Soap permission to use her likeness in advertising in connection with a Goldwyn film; an AFTRA engagement contract between Margaret Hamilton and CBS dated November 7, 1960; Directors Guild annual filing form signed by Ray Milland, dated February 12, 1971; a Directors Guild annual filing form signed by Stanley E. Kramer, dated December 20, 1967; and two document s permitting the use of his name and photograph and the name and photo of his son, David, in connection with the promotion of the film The Proud Rebel,” both signed by Alan Ladd in blue ink. One is dated January 24, 1958. The other is undated. In overall good to very good condition, with creasing and marks to one of the Ladd signatures, creasing, file and staple holes to most, occasional ink notations in another hand, occasional trivial soiling or rusted paper clip impression.
