Three article document issued during the reign of King Victor Emanuel III, signed “Mussolini” at the bottom of the page which also bears the king’s bold signature. In very good condition, with several notations and stamps, some light toning and creasing, a few small edge tears and several small areas of paper loss to left edge from removal from book. R&R COA.
