Amendment reads, in part, “UA has not been paying certain Canadian taxes but has retained a reserve with respect thereto. So long as UA does not pay said taxes UA will not maintain said reserve and will pay to Hoffman the appropriate share thereof…Hoffman agrees, to the extent the same is a deductible item pursuant to the agreement.” Signed on the second page in ballpoint by Hoffman. In fine condition, with punch holes and a staple to top edges and a couple light horizontal folds. R&R COA.
