DS in Arabic, one page, 8.25 x 12, signed by Hussein in blue-green ink on President of the Supreme Council for the Revolution letterhead. The document is on pale green paper with a decorative gold border and official Iraqi eagle emblem at top center. In very good condition, with slightly trimmed right edges where removed from binder, scattered light creasing, a few separations to the top border and file holes to right edge. R&R COA.
