Resplendent vintage sepia matte-finish 8 x 10 full-length portrait of Caruso in a light colored suit, neatly affixed to a photographer’s board of the same size, boldly signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To Mrs. Basil Foster, Sincerely, Enrico Caruso, London 1914.” In fine condition, with edge chips to right corners, light adhesive residue to reverse from a previous mounting, some silvering to the darker areas.
