Dramatic vintage matte-finish 10 x 13 photo of the actor reading (perhaps a script) with a portrait of Greta Garbo above him, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To Billy - My appreciation for your many kindnesses, and all good luck to you, your good friend, Bob.” The two appeared together, of course, in 1936’s Camille, which was Garbo’s favorite of her own films. The film even inspired Milton Benjamin’s song, "I'll Love Like Robert Taylor, Be My Greta Garbo." In fine condition, with faint horizontal crease towards bottom border, light corner wear, tiny scratch in upper left corner. R&R COA.
