Herron pencil portrait of a smiling Chaplin wearing a dark jacket and bow tie, beautifully double-matted and framed with a small biographical plaque to an overall size of 12 x 17. Signed “Cordially Yours, Charlie Chaplin 1939” in fountain pen in the border beneath the image. The piece is also signed by the artist, “M.H. Herron.” In fine condition. PSA/DNA COA and R&R COA.
