Fanny Brice Grants Ideal Toys “Baby Snooks” Rights

Comedian, singer, and entertainer. During the late 1930s, she had her own radio show which featured her as a bratty toddler known as "Baby Snooks." DS, three pages, 8.5 x 11, October 31, 1938. In part: “The licensors Fanny Brice and Loews… grant to the licensee Ideal Toy Company the right to use the name ‘Fanny Brice’ and the name “Baby Snooks’ in the manufacture and sale of dolls and puppets… ” In fine condition, with usual file and staple holes to top border, scattered faint toning, a few faint creases not affecting the bold Brice signature.
