In part: “The licensors Fanny Brice and Loews… grant to the licensee Ideal Toy Company the right to use the name ‘Fanny Brice’ and the name “Baby Snooks’ in the manufacture and sale of dolls and puppets… ” In fine condition, with usual file and staple holes to top border, scattered faint toning, a few faint creases not affecting the bold Brice signature.
