Agreement between York Pictures Corporation and Jerry Lewis Pictures, for Lewis to produce six films, the second being entitled Who’s Minding The Store, with Lewis rearranging his salary for a percentage of the gross receipts. Signed on the second page in red ballpoint by Lewis. In fine condition, with light toning and wrinkling and several punch and staple holes to top edges. R&R COA.
