On the right side, figures are entered for various “Ministeres,” i.e. dell’Interno (Internal Affairs), della Guerra e Marina (War and Navy), della Finanze (finance), etc. Signed “Napoln” boldly and clearly towards the bottom, to the right of center. Suede matted and framed with a small explanation, to an overall size of 25.5 x 25. In fine condition, with a touch of scattered toning and one small pinprick of paper loss.
