Lot of three TLSs signed “Anthony Curtis,” each one page, 7 x 10.5, personal letterhead, July 17, 1950. A series of thank you letters to a fan, in part: “Just received the swellest letter and oil painting a guy could ever get, sent by a guy of the same caliber…My friend, there is no question about it, this picture is good, so good that it is now hanging on the wall in the living room.” In very good condition, with moderate show through of adhesive residue from a previous mounting on the reverse, small areas of discoloration, and one letter is mounted on a portfolio page.
