Fountain pen signatures, “Charles S. Stratton known as Genl. Tom Thumb,” and “Neither worth nor wisdom comes without an effort, Mrs. Charles S. Stratton, Albany, NY,” on an off-white sheet, dated May 2, 1882. Matted with a nice portrait of the couple, to an overall size of 10 x 15.5. In fine condition, with a bit of light edge toning.
