Heisenberg sets up a European trip to present his new research paper

Awarded the 1932 Nobel Prize in physics. TLS in German, signed “Heisenberg,” one page, 8.25 x 6, Max Planck Institute For Physics letterhead, February 2, 1950. Letter to a colleague about setting up a tour around Europe to present his new research paper. In part, “The second half of March would be bad timing, I would suggest that my visit takes place around March 1 to 15. In any case, I will do my best to get my papers done until then and I would be thankful if my air travel could be arranged in a way that I can stop over one day each, in Athens and Rome and also a few days in Switzerland.” In fine condition, with bisecting mailing folds.
