In part: “Vienna looks a bit bald in Winter, but otherwise it is very charming. I am immersing myself in the noble rituals…In 10 days I must be in London…I’ll desert and come home as soon as possible.” The front of the postcard is also addressed in Mencken’s hand. In fine condition, with scattered overall toning, not affecting legibility or signature. R&R COA.
