The first is 8.5 x 11, 55 pages, dated August 10, 1953, and details the employment agreement between Paramount and Stewart and details compensation, necessary medical examinations, insurance, the recording of music, the use of his likeness, etc. It is boldly signed in blue ink on page 55. The second document is 8.5 x 11, one page, dated August 7, 1954 and confirms the agreement signed on August 10, 1953. It is boldly signed “James Stewart” at the bottom left. The documents are accompanied by unsigned materials related to the production of the film. In fine condition, with usual file holes and office notations scattered light creasing, bit of edge toning and wear, affecting nothing. R&R COA.
