Lending agreement “for the services of Audrey Hepburn between Paramount and HFH Co., a Joint Venture…” The agreement details compensation, use of her likeness, locations advertising, etc. Also included is a photocopy of a letter dated June 21, 1961, from the actress to Paramount which reads, in part, “Please be advised that your authorization to deduct 1% of my compensation shall apply only to photoplays in which I render my services within the United States…” signed “Audrey Hepburn Ferrer.” A few pages of unsigned, related documents accompany the agreement. In fine condition, with usual staple and file holes, a slide clip to top of document, faint paper clip impression on page 32, not affecting signature in the least. R&R COA.
