Boldly signed in blue ink on the last page; and, DS, 1 page, 8.5 x 11, March 10, 1961, ratifying the aforementioned agreement between Paramount Pictures and Edwards regarding the direction of Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Signed at the bottom of the last page in blue ink. In fine condition, with usual file and staple holes, rusted staple at upper left of longer document. R&R COA.
