One of the greatest female athletes of all time, Didrikson was an All-American basketball player, an All-Star track and field athlete and a fine golfer. She won two gold medals at the 1932 Olympic games in the javelin and hurdles. Later, turning to professional golf, she won seventeen straight titles in 1947. TLS signed “‘Babe’ D.
