Stock certificate for Edison's 96 shares of stock in the Phonograph Corporation of Indiana, signed on the front by Edison as president, and boldly signed on the reverse. In fine condition, with punch holes through the signature on front, six stock stamps affixed to front, expected holes and some light spotting and toning.
