Lot of two signed items includes: a check, 8.5 x 3.5, dated April 21, 1970, payable to First National Bank of Chicago for 1935.48, signed 'Zeppo Marx' and, a contract, 8.5 x 14, dated July 21, 1951, between the William Morris Agency and Chico Marx, enlisting the Agency as his agent for a period of three years at the usual fee of 10 percent, boldly signed 'Chico Marx' on the bottom of the reverse. In overall fine condition, with a bit of show through from a bank stamp in the signature area of the check and the usual file and staple holes to the top border of the contract. RRAuction COA.
