In full, 'Be pleased to deliver for the use of this State, to Eaton and Brown, whatever Indian corn, oats, rye, or barley you may have received for the public. Your wheat you will please to have properly manufactured and packed. No return yet being received from your County, I shall hope to receive one without delay.' Matted and framed with a nice profile portrait of Jefferson, to an overall size of 17 x 13.25. In fine condition, with light overall toning, three horizontal folds and a nice large signature.
