Lot of two checks: the first is 8.25 x 3.25, dated June 27, 1955, is filled out by typewriter, payable to Shell Oil Co. for $24.04, and is signed “Lucille Ball Arnaz.” The second check is 8 x 3, dated January 20, 1960, is filled out by typewriter, payable to Palm Springs Cleaners and Laundry, and is signed “Desi Arnaz.” Great for display! In overall fine condition, with both checks having usual cancellation holes and stamps. The Desi Arnaz check has a light vertical fold through one letter of the signature; Lucy’s check has staple holes in the upper left corner and a couple of cancellation holes affect one letter of the signature.
