Exclusive individual agency contracts from the William Morris Agency, all dated February 12, 1971, all one page, both sides, 8.5 x 14, each signed by the respective musician, all using their legal names: David English, Otis Williams, Paul Williams and Dennis Edwards. Each contract is for three years, with the singers paying the standard ten percent commission. Accompanied by a ballpoint signature and inscription, 'To Clay, Love, Eddie Kendricks, Success,' on a light yellow 2.5 x 4 lip, affixed to an identical size card. In fine condition, with expected light wear to documents and light toning to Kendricks signature. RRAuction COA.
