Bogie signs on to dissolve his oil company

DS, three pages, 8.5 x 13, December 2, 1949. Bogart and his partners agree to dissolve the Capricorn Oil Company with Cleveland Oil taking over. Agreement to dissolve the company between general partners Clyde E. Greathouse and Gino Maschio and limited partners including Bogart, Mervyn LeRoy, Van Heflin and John Huston. Signed on the last page at the bottom in blue ink by Bogart and also signed in their respective positions by the general and limited partners mentioned above. Accompanied by a couple pages of related paperwork including a notary . Document is still housed in its original legal folder. In fine condition, with expected document wear and folds, some light toning and edge wear and a great Bogart signature. RRAuction COA.
