TLS, one page, 8 x 10.5, Navy Department letterhead, March 18, 1919. Letter to representative Edward Little regarding his concerns about demobilization of Naval reservists. In part, 'The Department has received considerable complaints that the Commanding officers have advised outside person that they have received orders from the Navy Department to discontinue demobilization...The Department suggests that it could make more satisfactory investigation if it had a concrete case upon which to base inquiry.' In fine condition, with several pencil notations to top, punch holes to top edge and a nice clean signature. RRAuction COA.
